I have left it a while before posting to see if there was any improvement. The Alexa ranking is still moving in the right direction and the number of links is improving. More Adsense income, but it won’t buy me a Rolls Royce yet.

Well here we are at day 40. A bit more social bookmarking done. Interesting that the new site The 2CV Resource Site has been indexed by Google and it was soon after submitting it, so perhaps my theory of having too many sub-domains was wrong. I will try submitting the sub-domains that haven’t been indexed and see what happens to them.

Still working on the main site (must get my finger out). Several of the sub-domains have lost some links.

Not much movement over the last few days. I have created a new site The 2CV Resource Site which was uploaded on 2 August. So far there it has not been indexed by Google. It is possible that I may have shot myself in the foot by having several sub-domains and this is upsetting Google, but we shall see. More progress over the last five days.  It is interesting that a few of the Free Monthly Websites have not yet been indexed by Google.  I would guess that this is because they make us of PLR material which is being used by other people either in blogs or other websites and is possibly seen as duplicate content.  It will be interesting to see if they ever get indexed.

Progress on the Joomla site is slow as the garden is demanding my attention.  I have decided to shelve the idea of providing a blogging platform on the site for the time being, but will look at it again in the future.

If you are looking for unlimited hosting, why not check out HostMonster.COM. This is who I have this domain with.   Their cPanel makes it an absolute breeze to add sub-domains, mysql databases and there are heaps of built in tools.  I have raised support tickets with them (the probelms were mine) and their response was rapid to say the least.  Far better than another hosting company I have been using.  I can’t rate them highly enough.
